Hello Newbies! We're So Glad You're Here!

If you’re feeling nervous, don’t worry – first time riders are welcome with open arms to ANY class on the Schedule and we can’t wait to meet you in person.
Feeling nervous is normal and we’re here to help! This page is here to answer your questions and make you feel more at ease, but feel free to DM, call, or email ANY other questions or concerns that we haven’t answered here.

What to Expect

A fitness experience like no other! Our studio is blacked out, dimly lit with blacklights and equipped with loud music. The resident disco ball and electrifying lights that pair with the sound system in the studio will make you think you’re at a dance party, not in a fitness class scorching 100’s of calories (which you can also expect to do).

The Ride

We climb, jog, race and ride to the beat TOGETHER like one big sweaty dance team! The highly trained instructors and killer beats keep you amped up for a sweat dripping workout like no other. We also have an ‘arm track’ where we bust out the hand weights to help tone your arms and shoulders.
The majority of our classes are 50 minutes, but keep your eye on the schedule for our 40 minute express classes, and the Sunday 60 – a 60 minute scorcher.

The Music

We use the music to motivate, inspire, drive and sync us so we all ride together as one.
Each class will be loaded with a killer playlist curated by the instructor specially for that class, so each class is different. Each instructor has their own style so you’re sure to find music you love. Oh, and it’ll be LOUD and awesome! If you find it too loud, please feel free to grab earplugs at check-in.

First ride

Don’t worry about riding on beat like one big sweaty dance team right off the hop, we’ve all been there (or are still there) and we know it takes time.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork (please be sure to let your instructor know of any injuries or limitations) and to be equipped with shoes, hand weights, and a bike (all provided as part of your ride). We will have an instructor go through proper bike set-up and help you clip in for the first time.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

ALWAYS remember it’s your ride and your workout, listen to your body first and the instructor a distant second. Feel free to dial it back and just keep moving, we’re here to move and improve as a community!

What to wear

Dress for sweat! Avoid long, loose clothing that could potentially get caught while spinning. We recommend shorts or leggings, a good bra and a comfy shirt. Don’t forget socks!
